**Returns**

- We currently do not accept returns, all sales are final.
- Exceptions: The product was incorrectly shipped to or damaged upon arrival. All orders that meet this criteria must contact us by email no later than 1-2 days after estimated arrival date with photos proving damage or incorrect item(s).
- Silver Honey Co. reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

**Exchanges**

- We do not offer online exchanges at this time. 

**Refunds**


- If you are eligible for a return and it is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 1-5 days.

**Shipping**

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
